Ramini, over the last 26 years, has been leading the largest public dental clinic in Melbourne, Australia managing 32 chair clinics with 130 staff. Treating over 25000 patients a year, her service has always provided quality care with high level of patient satisfaction.

She has conducted many successful conferences inviting world renowned speakers over the past 20 years. She has been instrumental in developing successful prevention programs in the region and is currently overseeing a number of collaborative regional projects. She has also conducted many research projects and published in peer reviewed journals. Ramini has presented two of her projects at FDI congress in Spain last year.

Ramini has served in various departmental committees advising minister on new initiates and developments. She was the past chair of public sector dentist committee with Australian Dental Association.

She was highly commended for her contribution to the public services at Public Oral Health Care Awards 2010. She has led many successful projects improving oral health outcomes for marginalized population and one of her projects won the Public Health Care silver award by Department of Health. Her leadership led her services to receive prestigious “Dental Clinic of the year” award in Victoria in 2017.
